A FALL AFTERNOON ENGAGEMENT HIKE DOWN GHOST HALLOW LOOP 2

Chatting with Tamara over Messenger and trying to pick a day was actually really fun! The more we talked, the more it felt like I've known her forever. The weather was always changing and with busy schedules, we eventually finally found a day that worked. Our plan was to hike and find a falls of some sort, down Ghost Hallow Loop 2.
The day started off with a bit of rain but thankfully it cleared up for our hike. I have only personally hiked this part of the trails once before and that was a few years ago. Tamara & Carney were sort of familiar with the hike but probably about the same as me. This was definitely an adventure for all of us as we didn't really know where we were going. I have an app on my phone that helped a little but to my disappointment, we never did find the falls but we did have an amazing time hiking the trail, randomly stopping whenever I saw a beautiful spot to add them to, and getting to know one another.
I love engagement sessions for this reason. I make new friends and couples eventually get to feel comfortable in front of the camera and know exactly what to expect for their wedding day.
We finished the hike by the vehicles and a quick photo in their favourite hockey team jerseys.
It was a wonderful afternoon with two great people and their super friendly golden retriever.
Thanks for the adventure Tamara & Carney and I'm really looking forward to spending the day with you both next October at your wedding! I can't wait!!
